We are seeking a highly energetic and fun-loving individual to join our team as a Lead Instructor at My Gym Children's Fitness Center. As a Lead Instructor, you will be responsible for leading classes, parties, camps, and events for children aged 4 months to 8 years old. Your primary role will be to create a fun and engaging environment for our young participants, while also ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead classes, parties, camps, and events for children aged 4 months to 8 years old
  • Create a fun and engaging environment for our young participants
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our children
  • Assist with light administrative tasks, such as cleaning and customer service

As a Lead Instructor, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing a fun and safe environment for children. Requirements:
  • Ability to work 15-25 hours per week, including weekends
  • Experience with dance, gymnastics, theater, or athletics is a must
  • Ability to attend our weekly meeting and training on Mondays from 12:00-4:00pm
  • Experience with teaching children is a huge plus, but not required
  • Highly energetic and fun-loving individual
  • Willingness to clean and perform light administrative tasks

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16 per hour, with opportunities for raises based on experience. Additionally, you will have the chance to earn tips from birthday parties and other events.
