Creative Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design and Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Sixth Element Inc.

This role requires a unique blend of artistic talent, exceptional communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs using Adobe Creative Suite while managing client relationships to ensure their needs are met.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the final products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their design skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design custom embroidered/PVC patches, challenge coins, and pins using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail in all work.
• Initiate and manage client follow-ups to secure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary and Benefits:

$60,000 per year with performance bonuses and opportunities for growth and development.
