- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.

- Experience: Previous experience in acute care hospital setting, preferably in emergency department or critical care unit.
- Skills and Abilities: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
