Role Summary

The Associate Optometrist is a key member of our team, delivering exceptional patient care and driving business results through collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all patients receive the highest quality optometric care by performing clinical protocols and maximizing results.
• Practice growth through strong partnerships with the MOD, SMM, and team.
• Deliver key performance indicators and serve as a leading ambassador of the Brand inside and outside the organization.
• Operate as a successful stakeholder to all leaders within the organization and local market.
• Place the patient/customer first and deliver excellent service.
