Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Collaborate with physicians and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners to ensure seamless care delivery.
Coordinate and complete admissions in a timely manner, including nurse-to-nurse reports, triages, treatment plans, and medication management.
Requirements:
LPN licensure in the state of Florida.
1 year of experience in behavioral health, with 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
Basic Life Support certification.
