Master Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team at PKG Construction LLC. As a key member of our remodeling crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cabinetry, vanities, and other carpentry projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret client requirements and create detailed mock-ups for approval
• Design and build custom cabinets, vanities, and other carpentry projects
• Frame room additions and select materials for defects
• Install cabinets, countertops, and molding
• Install interior and exterior doors and windows
• Install interior finishing elements, such as closet rods
• Ensure all carpentry work meets code requirements for kitchens and baths
• Collaborate with plumbers, electricians, and other trades as needed

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in finish carpentry
• Additional 1+ years of experience in rough carpentry preferred
• Extensive knowledge of power tools and hand tools
• Possession of a reliable vehicle for transporting tools and equipment
• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 80 pounds
• Knowledge of lumber grades and countertop materials
