With a strong background in estimating and a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for reviewing project plans, coordinating with teams, and identifying risk issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project plans and specifications to confirm complete scope.
  • Identify risk issues and their order of magnitude.
  • Solicit subcontractor and/or supplier information & pricing.
  • Prepare instructions to bidders, bid form, and other bid solicitation information as required.
  • Perform quantity survey and pricing effort for internal budgets.
  • Prepare conceptual budgets based on minimal information.
  • Review general conditions, schedule, scopes of work, hoisting plans, site logistics, and other exhibits.
  • Maintain and document project information flow.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Administration, or equivalent related work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years high-end residential estimating experience.
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to breakdown construction operations into logical sequences.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to recognize discrepancies.
