Key Responsibilities- Provide Clinical Leadership: Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.
- Program Development: Develop and implement data-driven evaluation and dynamic change management processes to improve program outcomes.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote our services and support the needs of our clients.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with our quality improvement team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services.
- Master's Degree: In Social Work or a related field.
- State License: LMSW / LLMSW / LPC, etc.
- Experience: 4+ years post-graduate work and 2+ years supervisory experience.
- Certifications: CAADC / CAADC Development Plan, IMH Endorsement, and CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor) certification.
