Job Title: Commercial Hood/Exhaust Cleaning Tech

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Commercial Hood/Exhaust Cleaning Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of commercial kitchen exhaust systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Degreasing commercial hood systems
  • Power washing and scraping of kitchen exhaust hood systems, ductwork, hood filters, and more
  • Clean rooftop exhaust fans and surrounding areas
  • Installation of auxiliary items including; access panels, hinge kits, and grease containment systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license is required – company truck provided from shop to job site
  • Ability to work overnight with varying shift times - Shifts can start as early as 5 pm and as late as 12 am
  • Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work in high places
  • Ability to endure all weather conditions - a portion of each shift is outside on rooftops
  • Physically demanding position - you will be on your feet, climbing ladders, and using heavy equipment
  • Strong work ethic - dependable, reliable, and trustworthy
