**Role Summary**
The Brooklyn Hospital Center seeks a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in performing routine radiographic procedures in the main department and satellite areas.
**Responsibilities**
* Perform all routine radiographic procedures in the main department and satellite areas
* Operate and maintain diagnostic radiographic equipment
* Prepare patients for radiographic procedures
* Develop and process radiographic images
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
* Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images
**Requirements**
* Graduate of an American Medical Association-approved two-year program for Radiologic Technology
* Minimum of two years of experience as a Staff Radiologic Technologist in a comparable hospital setting
* Current New York State license in Radiologic Technology
* Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
* Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
* Time management skills
* Basic computer and data entry skills
