Job Description

We are seeking a skilled System V&V Principal Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional to lead the development of high-quality software and hardware testing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in testing, with 5+ years of experience working in System Verification for systems with hardware and software sub-systems. Additionally, they should have 3+ years of experience in automating system tests using Python and experience with test automation for systems involving software mobile applications, web applications, and hardware interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute system-level test plans, protocols, and reports
  • Identify and implement test process improvements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop testing solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers on testing best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • At least 7 years of experience in testing
  • 5+ years of experience working in System Verification for systems with hardware and software sub-systems
  • 3+ years of experience in automating system tests using Python
  • Experience with test automation for systems involving software mobile applications, web applications, and hardware interactions

Salary:$125,000 - $150,000 per year
