">Career Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a member of our care team, you will evaluate, direct, and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in the home or facility. You will participate in the development and periodic review of the Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care, utilizing your professional skills and judgment in assessing and treating disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing.
">You will administer and interpret diagnostic tests and applications of therapeutic treatments, including audio logic screening. You will observe, record, and report changes in the patient's condition and response to treatment to supervisors and/or physicians. You will provide instruction and training to patients in the use of alternative communication systems when appropriate and counsel and instruct patients, families, and healthcare staff.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Evaluate, direct, and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in the home or facility
- Participate in the development and periodic review of the Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care

Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
">- Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
- Minimum of six months' experience as a speech therapist/speech language pathologist
- Home health experience a plus
- Current and unrestricted license
- Current CPR certification
- Good organizational and communication skills
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required
Salary Information
">The estimated salary range for this position is $77,200 - $106,200 per year, based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
