JOB SUMMARY

The Compliance Auditor plays a crucial role in performing independent evaluations of the organization's operations to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies. This encompasses various operational areas, including revenue management, financial reporting, and compliance assessments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct regular compliance assessments of policies and procedures within revenue-generating departments;
  • Perform operational evaluations to confirm that procedures are clear and effectively implemented by staff;
  • Carry out site inspections at various facilities to verify adherence to established policies;
  • Analyze collected data to identify any weaknesses in controls, inefficiencies, or non-compliance with regulations;
  • Document audit methodologies and prepare comprehensive work papers that substantiate testing outcomes;
  • Generate management reports detailing audit findings, along with actionable recommendations for enhancements;
  • Ensure the existence and proper management of company assets through thorough examination and verification processes;
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
  • This role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels;
  • Effectively manages multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business operations; prior experience in internal or external auditing is advantageous;
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience;
  • Familiarity with standards and practices related to gaming operations is preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant auditing software.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATES
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid gaming license.
