Mainline Volkswagen Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mainline Volkswagen Technician to join our team at Berge Mazda/Volkswagen. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles with precision and attention to detail.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably with Volkswagen.
• ASE certification and B-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to new technology and procedures.
• Valid AZ driver's license and good driving record.
