  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or 5+ years of total experience in a manufacturing plant.
  • High School Diploma with some technical training in maintenance or engineering.
  • Technical skills in mechanical or electrical maintenance.
  • Supervisory and leadership training or experience.
  • Manufacturing experience with troubleshooting machinery.
  • Computer skills in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
