Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Operations Trainee Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the shop management process and driving cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives.

Job Description

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will work cross-functionally across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management to achieve exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing quality customer interface and proactive customer management to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with the rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
  • Partnering with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Managing running costs and maintenance overheads by optimizing policy and processes.
  • Ensuring accurate PM scheduling and follow-up, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates, as well as overseeing Technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • One year or more of customer service experience with issue resolution preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $55,000 paid weekly, as well as comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance options, plus paid time off and a tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan.
