About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our patient-centered care team in a dynamic and supportive environment at Prisma Health in Columbia, SC.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence. With a focus on evidence-based practices and quality improvement, this role is ideal for a seasoned RN looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assessment: Collects data and completes nursing assessments using area-specific standards and tools, identifying subtle or actual changes in patients' conditions and validating priorities with healthcare team members.
  2. Planning & Outcomes: Develops individualized plans of care that reflect current evidence-based practice, addressing continuity of care and incorporating measurable outcomes from diagnoses.
  3. Implementation: Provides direct care to assigned patients, performing specific tasks within the scope of practice and utilizing resources effectively.
  4. Evaluation: Evaluates plan of care effectiveness, documents progress toward expected outcomes, and revises the plan as needed, discussing outcomes with peers and healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree - Nursing
  • One year of experience in Nursing as a Registered Nurse
  • SC Licensed RN - Registered Nurse
What We Offer

Prisma Health offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a variety of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

This is a non-management role reporting to a supervisor or manager. The work shift is variable, and the location is Corporate 7001, with department 70019061 Talent Acquisition.
