Spiritual Leader

Ladgov Corporation seeks a qualified and experienced Rabbinical Director to lead our Jewish community in worship and spiritual growth.

• Plan and deliver at least ten (10) Jewish worship services at our chapel, ensuring a traditional form of worship.
• Prepare for monthly Shabbat services on Friday and Saturday and High Holy Days, including worship music.
• Develop and implement educational programs in education, pastoral counseling, and public speaking.
• Collaborate with our team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for our community.

• Be an ordained rabbi from an accredited rabbinical institute of religion, or a fourth-year rabbinical student granted certification authorization.
• Have completed courses in education, pastoral counseling, and public speaking.

The successful candidate will be required to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate our community's needs.
