We are seeking a skilled Blender Process Specialist to join our team in MOORESVILLE, Indiana. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for the entire blending process, including staging, prepping, loading, mixing, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading the finished product. You will also operate a sit-down forklift and ensure the smooth functioning of machinery and reactors. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols is essential. Timely execution of tasks and effective communication of any issues to the Team Lead is crucial. You'll be involved in cross-departmental assistance, performing various tests, and undertaking maintenance tasks during downtime. Your commitment to producing environmentally safe products and maintaining our quality standards is what we're looking for in a successful candidate. This contract-to-hire opportunity is set in a dynamic work environment and offers a chance to become an integral part of our manufacturing operations.

Work Environment:
The manufacturing environment is large, without temperature control—hot in the summer and mild in the winter, particularly near large kilns. We offer 1st and 2nd shift schedules on a 2-3-2 rotating basis, averaging 42 hours per week. Safe footwear and appropriate clothing are part of the dress code, with a range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and mandatory in certain areas. Opportunities for overtime are available once trained, with no mandatory overtime.
