About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Regency at Whitmore Lake. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for providing clinical assessments, planning diets, and overseeing the operations of our food service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage food and supply purchases within budget and maintain an adequate supply to cover each meal
  • Provide technical guidance and administrative direction over diet planning, menu formulation, and food preparation
  • Ensure meals are nutritious, palatable, and prepared in a timely and consistent manner
  • Interview guests and family members to obtain diet history and provide timely completion of dietary records
  • Participate in regular conferences, including department head meetings and interdisciplinary care plan meetings
Requirements
  • Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Serve Safe certification
  • One to two years of management/supervisory experience preferred
