As a Facilities Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our bakery operations. Your commitment to excellence will help create a welcoming environment for our guests and ensure that our team has the tools they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of bakery equipment and ensure it is ready for use.
- Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize all baking tools, adhering to our high standards.
- Monitor sanitization levels to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including garbage removal, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning various surfaces.
- Restock and prepare cleaning supplies for the next shift.
- Assist in unloading and organizing weekly supply deliveries.
- Support team members in maintaining organized workstations.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including dress code and personal hygiene standards.
- Exhibit consistent attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety practices.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently.
Work Availability:
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
