Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pasteurization Operator to join our team at Dairy Farmers of America. As a key member of our dairy production team, you will be responsible for operating pasteurizers to ensure the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Pastuerizers in compliance with state and federal guidelines to ensure product safety and quality.
  • Conduct Quality Control by obtaining milk and cream samples for testing by the lab, including raw and processed products.
  • Maintain Equipment by washing and sanitizing milk silos, cream tanks, and other equipment as needed.
  • Produce Products according to guidelines and separate into correct batches.
  • Report Issues to management immediately in case of food safety and quality concerns.
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment by adhering to all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety.
  • Follow GMPs and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
