Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead employees to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Technicians and Service Writers.
  • Determine work schedules and assignments based on priority, equipment quantity, and personnel skill levels.
  • Monitor and manage attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and paid time off approvals.
  • Maintain clear communication channels with the General Manager and other staff members.

Additional responsibilities include supporting and guiding Technicians through repair processes, performing proficient inspections, diagnoses, and repairs, and assessing structural damage. The successful candidate will also be responsible for evaluating equipment after repairs, inspecting the quality of outside/supplier repairs, and working with equipment vendors to understand maintenance requirements and capabilities.
