Mercy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their maximum potential through the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and promote independence
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for daily living
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state
  • Current BLS through the American Heart Association
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy
