Job Summary

CapLeo Global is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for utilizing advanced imaging techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Image Acquisition: Utilize appropriate kV and mA techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic CT images.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily quality control calibration checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Patient Care: Inject patients with radioactive material as per physician's orders, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Documentation: Observe documentation policies by completing logs, manuals, and charge documents to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality control, quality assurance, and safety tests to ensure compliance with ALARA radiation safety guidelines.
  • Patient Data Management: Maintain and retrieve patient films and electronic data for Radiologist interpretation.
  • Radiopharmaceutical Management: Order patient-specific radiopharmaceutical doses 1-day prior to use, and receive and verify radiopharmaceutical deliveries and activity levels.
Requirements
  • Licensure: New York State License (L.R.T)
  • Certification: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and current CT certification
