Job Summary:

Adamas Building Services is a leading provider of luxury property management services, seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet residents and guests, determining the nature of their visit and maintaining accurate logbooks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, assist callers with information and instructions, and receive and oversee deliveries, mail, and packages for residents.
  • Assist management with resident requests, inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and reporting any issues to maintenance or security departments.
  • Communicate effectively with Lead Concierge and Management, prioritizing tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work flexible hours, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on-call or when needed due to staffing shortages.
