Job Title: Human Resources Specialist About the Job: As a Human Resources Specialist in the Army National Guard, you will play a critical role in supporting the readiness, health, and welfare of all Soldiers. Your responsibilities will include organizing, maintaining, and reviewing personnel records, processing recommendations, and providing personnel support and assistance to all divisions within the Guard.
