About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care, focusing on improving the quality of life for patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
