We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at Quality Care Inc. in the Dorchester Area.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting home visits, developing care plans, and coordinating services with care managers, consumers, and caregivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits to assess members' needs and develop care plans
  • Collaborate with care managers, consumers, and caregivers to coordinate services
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with EOEA documentation standards

Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Nurse's license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Valid CPR certificate
  • Must be fully vaccinated or willing to become fully vaccinated upon hire
  • Valid driver's license
