About the Role

PuroClean of Wakefield is a leading provider of emergency property restoration services. We respond to property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and odor. We are seeking a skilled Restoration and Remediation Technician to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers on the north shore and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect damaged properties to assess the extent of the damage
  • Remove and dispose of unsalvageable building materials, such as drywall and flooring
  • Set up equipment and staging areas for efficient restoration work
  • Load and unload company vehicles, ensuring safe and secure transportation of equipment and materials
  • Must be able to drive company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record
  • Document work performed, including detailed notes and photographs
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner

Requirements
  • IICRC certifications in WRT, ASD, and/or AMRT are a plus, but not required
  • Experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration is a plus, but not required
  • 1-year experience in water, fire, and mold mitigation is a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
