Job Description

The Martial Arts Instructor is responsible for providing daily martial arts instruction to students between the ages of 4 and 18 with varying ability levels. This includes demonstrating martial arts techniques, explaining principles behind them, observing and assessing students' performance, and providing constructive feedback on their progress.

  • Demonstrate martial arts techniques and explain the underlying principles.
  • Supervise students during group activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans in a fun and creative manner.

This role requires effective communication skills, patience, and creativity when working with students and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for teaching.
