We are seeking a highly skilled Lab Supervisor to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc.

About the Role:

As a Lab Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring that all experiments are conducted safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise laboratory staff and ensure that all experiments are conducted in accordance with established protocols
  • Develop and implement new laboratory procedures and protocols as needed
  • Collaborate with research scientists to design and conduct experiments
  • Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ASCP certification
  • Supervisor experience in a laboratory setting
  • Prior experience in microbiology and laboratory operations
