Job Overview

The Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver will be responsible for assisting the warehouse in storing, receiving, and preparing deliveries. They will also be driving company box trucks for deliveries as needed. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the warehouse team in receiving, storing, and pulling inventory for deliveries.
  • Operate company vehicles (box trucks) to transport products to customers.
  • Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the reporting manager.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.
  • Send daily updates on receiving and deliveries to the Warehouse Manager and Director of Operations.
  • Ensure all incoming products are properly stored and all outgoing items are pulled, inspected, and ready to be loaded.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and climbing.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience driving box trucks.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure deliveries are made on time.
  • Attention to detail to accurately complete paperwork and maintain delivery records.
  • Must have a valid DOT Medical Card or be able to obtain prior to employment.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Must provide a valid driver's license and sign a form permitting a check of the license.
  • Proven track record of consistency, detail-orientation, and follow-through.
  • High School Degree or equivalent required.
