Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical evaluations, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments of patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy
- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on mental health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited graduate nurse practitioner program and certified as a psychiatric NP
- Currently licensed as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Virginia
- Current DEA prescriptive authority
Work Environment:
This is a part-time position, working Monday - Wednesday. The work setting will be in-person, outpatient, and telehealth.
