We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional school-based physical therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' physical abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to ensure a coordinated approach to student care.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Active CAPhysical Therapist Licensure.
