About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customs Clearance Specialist to join our team at Ceva Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth clearance of shipments through customs, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit customs documentation, including commercial invoices and bills of lading, to ensure accurate and timely clearance of shipments.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of shipping documents to ensure compliance with customs regulations and laws.
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to customs clearance.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and laws, and implement new procedures as necessary.

Requirements
