Overview

This position offers a $7500 sign-on bonus and an exceptional benefits package. As a Full-time Day LPN on our Med-Surg Renal Floor, you will provide high-quality care to patients with renal diseases, including those undergoing dialysis and other medical issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications as prescribed, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Educate patients and their families about renal conditions, treatment plans, dialysis care, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle modifications
  • Collaborate with RNs, nephrologists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Act quickly in the event of medical emergencies
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state license
  • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
  • IV certification upon hire (state specific)
