Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with the Casino Marketing Director to curate and manage content aimed at expanding the audience and enhancing engagement through consistent social media interactions. This position serves as the primary liaison for all digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube to promote the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino brand.
  • Oversee the guest service initiative by actively monitoring social media feedback and ensuring timely responses to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Engage with the community by providing real-time responses to online interactions and conducting thorough research to address guest questions accurately.
  • Act as the primary contact for the resort's web presence, working closely with the Creative Coordinator to maintain brand consistency.
  • Foster effective communication and professional relationships with various internal departments.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to capture high-quality images of the resort's amenities and events for social media promotion.
  • Timely publication of event photo albums and management of a library of promotional images.
  • Design and implement social media contests to meet marketing objectives.
  • Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on social media progress and competitive analysis to management.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in social media marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Coordinate all artistic materials with the Creative Coordinator to uphold brand integrity.
  • Assist with digital art projects as needed.
  • Support marketing initiatives and engage actively with the community.
  • Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Physical and Mental Requirements:

While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the employee is regularly required to:
  • Reach, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch as necessary.
  • Maintain visual acuity for detailed tasks and respond to visual stimuli.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment:
  • Primarily indoor work in a controlled office setting with occasional outdoor tasks.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in social media or email marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capability to multitask and collaborate effectively.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and motivated to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Aptitude for handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred:
  • Experience in casino marketing.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML.
Licenses:
  • Washington State Gaming and Quinault Tribal License (Class III).
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License.
