**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Champion Home Builders. As a Janitor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, restrooms, lunch areas, and other areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
* Regularly sanitize common areas throughout the plant to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses
* Empty trash and garbage containers to maintain a clean and odor-free environment
* Notify management of any major repairs or additions needed to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment
* Clean snow and debris from sidewalks to ensure safe access to the facility

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* Ability to observe safety and security procedures and comply with policies
* Ability to read and interpret written information, write clear statements, and communicate orally
* Must be able to perform physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations
* Attention to detail and ability to demonstrate professionalism
* Ability to manage time efficiently and work individually as well as within a team
