Job Description

Job Summary

The Utility Yard Worker is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the facility's grounds are clean and well-maintained.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the facility's landscaping by mowing grass and trimming weeds.
  • Perform preventive maintenance by painting equipment and buildings.
  • Ensure the area around dumpsters is clean and free of trash.
  • Clean the interior of the plant, including showers, restrooms, and breakrooms.
  • Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience is preferred.
  • Prior maintenance or janitorial experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Dependable and reliable.
