Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at Novant Health, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing high-quality patient care and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Utilizing evidence-based practice and critical thinking to make informed decisions about patient care
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina, with ACLS certification required
  • One year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, with progressive care experience preferred
