Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Hold an OH LPN license or compact license
  • Have 1 year previous experience working under active license
  • Be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
  • Be willing to take a drug test in accordance with local law/regulations and federal guidelines
  • Be able to lift 75 pounds
  • Maintain consistent attendance; punctual for scheduled shifts
