We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Master Data Manager to join our team at Deploy. This role is essential in ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility for all business units.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, with experience in working with various ERPs. Knowledge of Epicor's Eclipse software is preferred.

A bachelor's degree in a STEM field, such as chemistry, physics, or math, is preferred. The candidate should also have a minimum of 7 years of experience in data management.

This role involves creating and maintaining master data records in multiple ERPs, enforcing data governance policies, and leading initiatives to integrate master data across various systems.

The successful candidate will have strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work hands-on with acquired companies to integrate successfully into the business.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a bonus structure of up to 10-15% of the base salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working manager creating and maintaining master data records in multiple ERPs.
  • Enforcement of data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the integrity, quality, and security of master data.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate master data across various systems, including ERP, HRIS, Payroll, and other enterprise applications.
  • Design and implement master data solutions in collaboration with product owners, reporting/data analysts, and business partners.
  • Define and translate business rules into data solutions, data models, and data governance & quality solutions.
  • Lead technical design and implementation by demonstrating strong solution skills and best practices resulting in robust, scalable MDM solutions.
  • Ensure master data product and technical features are delivered to spec and on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, preferably chemistry, physics, or math.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in data management.
  • Experience in the HVAC/R industry and wholesale distribution is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Epicor's Eclipse software is preferred.
