Checkout Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Checkout Specialist to join our team at AgCentral Farmer's Co-op. As a Checkout Specialist, you will be responsible for operating cash registers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout areas and impulse counters
- Assist with stocking, pricing, and bagging merchandise
- Participate in store meetings and implement Store Support Center programs
- Ensure a positive customer experience by greeting customers and resolving any issues that may arise

Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cashier experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals

Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this role is $30,000 - $40,000, depending on experience. AgCentral Farmer's Co-op offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
