Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Social Worker in our school district, you will play a vital role in supporting students' social and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs
  • Collaborate with families, students, teachers, psychologists, and administration to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Provide counseling and advocacy services to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic well-being
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources to ensure students receive necessary support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work is required
  • State License/Certification is necessary
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check is mandatory
