Barista Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Barista Apprentice at Caffe Luxxe in Pacific Palisades. As a Barista Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing your skills and knowledge in the art of coffee-making.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of high-quality coffee drinks
• Learn and master our signature coffee-making techniques and operations
• Develop a strong understanding of coffee roasting and brewing methods
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment

Requirements:

• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work 25-30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
