Job Title: Automotive Appearance Specialist

Hours: Full Time (30 hours per week) ONE WEEKEND DAY REQUIRED

Pay Range: $18.50 to start

Reports to: Vehicle Operations Manager

Job Overview: The Automotive Appearance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the aesthetic quality and readiness of DirtFish vehicles. Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting daily pressure and hand washes of the vehicle fleet.
  • Performing thorough interior detailing, which encompasses vacuuming, dust and mud removal, and window cleaning.
  • Overseeing the inventory of cleaning and detailing supplies, as well as tires and wheels, by maintaining communication with the Vehicle Operations Manager.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the shop area, including tasks such as emptying trash, sweeping, and changing critter traps.
  • Proactively mounting tires for educational programs while responsibly disposing of unusable tires.
  • Executing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks based on demand.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with tire machinery is a plus, though not essential.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Compensation and Benefits:

  • Medical benefits are available for employees working 32 hours or more per week.
