Job Summary

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join our team in a Home Health setting. This is a 13-week assignment with a 40-hour workweek, offering a competitive pay rate of $2530 per week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving functional abilities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and evaluate patient progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on treatment plans and progress.
Requirements
  • Current Wisconsin physical therapy license.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a home health setting.
  • BLS certification.
