Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team on a per diem basis. As a per diem RN, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work at our hospital in Covington, Washington.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies to provide exceptional care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Current RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, as required by the facility.
  • One year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in Med Surg.
