About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill newborns in our 40-bed Level IV NICU. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of experienced Neonatologists and NNPs, providing 24-hour in-house coverage and supporting the care of over 800 critically ill newborns each year.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
  • Collaborate with the Neonatology team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures
  • Support the education and training of nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in research studies
